Where do you request a copy of your transcript? 

Mrs. Roper will give you a copy of your transcript. 

There is a clipboard in the attendance office where you will sign up to request one.

Where do you request a copy of your immunizations? 

Mrs. Beckman in the Counselors' office will make a copy of your shot records.

If you are in need of a letter of recommendation, a two week notice is mandatory and you must fill out the request below and give that to your counselor. You may also email the request to them.
